Child Safety Standards – Hola25

Last updated: August 4, 2026

HOLA25 SRL ("Operator", "we") is committed to keeping Hola25 a safe environment and protecting children from any form of abuse and exploitation. These Child Safety Standards supplement our Child Protection Policy, Content Policy, and Terms and Conditions.

1. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

Hola25 enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) material and conduct. The following are strictly prohibited on the platform, without exception:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors, in any form (images, video, text, drawings, or artificially generated content);
  • Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to contact a minor for exploitative purposes;
  • Promoting, facilitating, soliciting, or distributing such material or conduct.

2. Child accounts and the parent's role

An independent full account follows the age limit in the Terms and Conditions and Child Protection Policy. A child below the self-registration age may use only a child account created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.A minor cannot become a seller or publish listings or independently enter into/pay for a paid educational product.

For the standard Account, Users declare that they meet the minimum age threshold of 16. Providing a date of birth is optional, and this flow does not include identity verification. The declaration does not prove age 18, full legal capacity, or eligibility for an adult-only product; such a product requires the separate check shown for its flow.

The adult selects the product, books and pays, receives contractual and fiscal documents, and manages withdrawals, refunds, and disputes. The child is the beneficiary. The parent must assess the teacher's profile and suitability: teachers are not pedagogically vetted or endorsed by Hola25.

3. Lessons, groups, and communication

  • The teacher and child use only parent-approved channels and the Hola25 lesson room; moving a conversation to a private channel requires the parent's knowledge and approval.
  • A teacher must not ask a child for money, identity documents, passwords, intimate images, an exact home address, or data unrelated to the lesson.
  • Group participants must not publish or redistribute another participant's name, image, messages, or contact details.
  • A parent may manage the child's bookings and account but does not automatically receive another learner's or teacher's private data.
  • For every in-person lesson involving a child, a parent, legal guardian, or another responsible adult designated by them remains on the premises. The first meeting takes place in a shared or observable space.
  • The parent or legal guardian must know the exact lesson time and location.
  • The Teacher must not transport the child or arrange a private closed-door meeting alone.
  • The Teacher must communicate the planned curriculum and methods for the lesson to the parent or legal guardian.

4. Recordings and images

Recording through the Live Lesson Service, as defined in the Hola25 Terms and Conditions, is a mandatory characteristic of live lessons active on Hola25 and is separately accepted before checkout; that acceptance proves notice, while the grounds are stated in the Privacy Policy. For a child using the family flow, the adult buyer confirms parental authority and makes the required acceptance, and the child receives age-appropriate notice. Authenticated payer-parent access is determined from the technical association among payer, child, booking or seat, and available records. The file may cover a wider or narrower interval than actual attendance, may contain delays, gaps, or errors, and in a group lesson may include other authorised participants. Report any access or boundary that appears incorrect immediately. Only enabled audio, video, and screen content is captured; the camera may remain off where the room permits, and bystanders and private background should be protected. The teacher and participants authorised for a segment may access the recording under the product rules; authorised Hola25 personnel may review it only for safety, refunds, or disputes. A technical error may prevent the recording from starting, continuing, synchronising, or being saved. Processing may take time, and there may be offsets of a few seconds, gaps, interruptions, or incomplete files. Hola25 does not guarantee exact synchronisation, completeness, or availability of a recording. The status shown in the room is the applicable status; if the product requires recording and the system cannot confirm it, the lesson may be stopped and there may be no playable file. Report any problem without delay through the support channel. The ability to access, play back, internally review, or publish the file through Hola25 expires automatically no later than 90 days after the lesson, and the file becomes unavailable. After expiry, the periodic process attempts deletion through the applicable managed storage authority — the Live Lesson Service or Private Recording Storage. If the applicable service does not confirm deletion, the operation is retried and escalated without restoring access in the meantime. In a group, each segment's authority is fixed when it starts for the accepted participants present then. If a new participant joins later, the current segment stops and a new one starts for the cohort then present; the new participant is notified before inclusion and receives no access to the earlier segment. A person who is already authorised may leave or reconnect without that event alone rotating the segment or expanding its authority, and remains authorised for the entire existing segment until a later rotation. The shared segment may include authorised participants' image, voice, and contributions and must not be redistributed.

Any public or advertising use of a lesson, capture, or recording requires separate express permission from every identifiable person and, for a minor, their parent or legal guardian where applicable. Teachers, learners, and parents must not record, photograph, retransmit, or publish a lesson without every permission and condition required by law. Report any unauthorised capture or distribution immediately.

5. How to report CSAE or unsafe behaviour

If you encounter or suspect CSAE material or any behavior that endangers a child's safety, please report it immediately:

  • In-app: use the report option ("Report") available on a user's profile, on content, or in conversations;
  • By email: write to contact@hola25.com, including as much detail as possible.

Access to child-safety reports is restricted to authorised personnel. We assess them according to risk and may disclose information where law or the immediate protection of a child requires it. For immediate emergencies, contact the police at 112 or the Child Helpline at 116 111.

6. Enforcement and reporting to authorities

When we identify content or accounts that violate these standards, we:

  • Remove violating content and suspend or permanently delete the accounts involved, depending on the risk;
  • Report apparent CSAE to the relevant authorities and, where applicable, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by law;
  • Cooperate with law enforcement during investigations and preserve relevant evidence in accordance with the law.
