Terms of the Teacher Referral Program

Through the Referral Program you receive, as a teacher on Hola25, a unique promotion link. When a person creates a new account through your link and Hola25 confirms the signup, that account is attributed to your referral. Existing accounts are not new referrals: attribution happens only at account creation, within the displayed signup window.

For each referred account you receive rewards for the whole lifetime of that account, according to the levels shown on the Referrals page of your Teacher account.

The program may be “in preparation” in an environment. Until rewards launch, we only record referrals: no commissions, levels or payments are calculated. The Referrals page shows whether the rewards program is active.

You can create a link if you have an active paid offer and Stripe payouts ready. Child accounts and suspended accounts do not take part. If your offer or payout setup is no longer active, the link stays reserved but accepts no new referrals.

You have one link. The link name may require approval by Hola25; until approval, the link is inactive. Hola25 may reject or deactivate a name, with a reason shown on the Referrals page. Accounts already confirmed stay attributed to you after the link is deactivated.

For each paid lesson completed by a referred account you receive a percentage of the commission Hola25 retains for that lesson, excluding VAT, after the corrections applied (discounts, refunds, disputes). The percentage is not applied to the lesson price and does not affect the earnings of the teacher who teaches.

Eligible purchases paid by a referred parent for their children also earn rewards. Levels count qualified referred accounts: a parent counts once, regardless of the number of children.

The levels and percentages are those shown on the Referrals page on the date the lesson is completed. When we change the levels or percentages, the change applies to lessons completed after the change, never retroactively. The percentage of a reward already credited does not change.

For a Trial Lesson paid in RON and confirmed by a referred account you receive a bonus limited to the revenue the platform keeps from that lesson. The bonus is capped at an amount set by Hola25. Trial Lessons paid in another currency earn no bonus.

If, after discounts, Hola25 retains no commission for a lesson, the reward for that lesson is zero. Refunds, disputes and other corrections reduce the retained commission and correct your balance, including after a reward has been credited or transferred.

Rewards are not remuneration for lessons. Hola25 does not guarantee you an income, a number of referred accounts or a level.

Your link may offer the person signing up an optional benefit: a percentage discount on the first eligible paid lesson, with a maximum amount, or a free Trial Lesson. The benefit, the eligible formats and the redemption deadline are shown before signup and before payment. A referred parent may use the benefit for themselves or for one of their children, on 1:1 bookings and Trial Lessons; the benefit belongs to the parent and is used once across all children.

The benefit is single-use, does not stack with other discounts or codes and is not restored after a refund. The discount is funded exclusively from the commission Hola25 retains: if it does not fit within that commission, the benefit does not apply. Hola25 may change or stop the benefit at any time, for signups after the change.

You can request a withdrawal of the available amount once you reach the minimum per currency shown on the Referrals page. The request reserves the amount, is reviewed and may require approval by Hola25. The amount is transferred to your connected Stripe account. The Stripe transfer is separate from the payout to your bank and does not confirm that the money has reached your bank account.

You can cancel a request as long as the transfer has not started. Withdrawals are available only when they are enabled in the program and your Stripe account can receive transfers.

When you delete your account, the remaining balance is withdrawn automatically in a single request per currency, even below the minimum, provided withdrawals are enabled and your Stripe account can receive the transfer; deletion continues once the transfer reaches Stripe. If withdrawals are not enabled or your Stripe account cannot receive the transfer, the balance stays on record and account deletion completes after it is resolved.

Rewards are program income, distinct from lesson income. Declaring them and their tax treatment are your responsibility. Hola25 does not issue a tax document for rewards on your behalf, and a Stripe transfer is not a tax document.

Hola25 may stop or suspend the program at any time, entirely or for one account. Rewards already credited stay in the balance, subject to corrections after refunds.

Hola25 may adjust the levels, percentages, caps, bonuses and withdrawal minimums, with effect for lessons completed after the change.

Hola25 may grant a teacher a level, may require approval of the name before the link is activated, and may reject or deactivate a link.

Hola25 may suspend, withhold or cancel payments and may close participation for any abuse or reasonable suspicion of abuse: self-referral, fictitious accounts or accounts controlled by the teacher, payment fraud, circumvention of the rules, misleading promotion or spam, breach of the Hola25 terms. The measure is taken after review and we inform you, with the reason, where the law allows. You can appeal by replying to the notice or at contact@hola25.com.

Amounts already credited remain subject to corrections after refunds, disputes and other adjustments of the retained commission.

You see totals only: the number of confirmed accounts, the number of referred accounts with completed paid lessons, and the amounts earned, available and transferred. The identity of referred people and the details of their lessons stay private and are not disclosed to you.

You receive service emails at the link stages (pending, approved, rejected, deactivated) and when you reach a new level. Data is processed under the Privacy Policy.

You do not use the link to collect data about people and you do not promise, on behalf of Hola25, benefits that are not shown on the referral page.

We publish changes on this page, with the date of the last update. We notify you about significant changes. We do not apply an adverse change retroactively: new levels, percentages and caps apply to lessons completed after the change. Continuing to use the link after publication means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are read together with the General Terms, which prevail in case of conflict.
